Although it may be en vogue to want a notebook we love desktops and we understand that you do too. That’s why rather than tell you you’d be better off with a notebook, like some suppliers, we are more than happy to restore your desktop to full health.

Common faults like shutdowns and excessive fan noise are often cured by simple maintenance and renewal of the thermal paste for which you are charged just a single hour’s rate.

Other faults like power supply failures, CD & DVD failures, or hard drive failures are simple replacements and you will be charged the cost of the part from our supplier and just an hourly rate to fit. There are no inflated charges for parts and you have the right to see the invoice for that part on request.

Replacement hard drives requiring the installation of an operating system are subject to a small additional charge.
