Accidents happen, things can break, and after 12 months it is your responsibility to get things repaired. It is difficult as a customer to often trust that service companies are giving you the best deal. That’s why if you need a part we charge you the cost of the part from our supplier and just an hourly rate to fit. There are no inflated charges for parts and you have the right to see the invoice for that part on request.

Whether you have broken your screen, your DVD, dropped spilt liquid on your keyboard, have a hard drive that goes clunk, have damaged your power socket, lost your power supply, or just plain dropped your notebook we can help.

We can get replacement screens, keyboards, DVD drives, power supplies, plastics, and even main boards though we endeavour to repair your own at board level to keep the price as low as possible for you. We can even repair a broken power socket that many manufacturers will insist requires a complete main board replacement.

Replacement hard drives requiring the installation of an operating system are subject to a small additional charge.
